This comprehensive firearms instructor workshop is tailored for current law enforcement firearms instructors aiming to enhance their instructional effectiveness, refine shooting performance, and uplift training standards within their agencies. The course focuses on identifying and rectifying common instructional deficiencies recognized nationwide, while reinforcing the fundamental principles that ensure safe, consistent, and effective firearms training. 

Participants will revisit essential marksmanship principles, including grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control, and follow-through, emphasizing the diagnosis of shooter errors and the application of corrective coaching techniques.
